Imogen Walters
At 16, Imogen boldly left Australia to chase her ballet dreams, beginning her professional training at the legendary Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Moscow. A year later, she transferred to the equally prestigious Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, where she completed her rigorous studies and graduated.
She then joined the Mikhailovsky Theatre in St. Petersburg, gracing the stage in timeless classics like Giselle and Swan Lake.
Later, with Ballett am Rhein in Germany, she expanded her artistry across a vibrant mix of neoclassical and contemporary works—including the sparkling, athletic Rubies from George Balanchine’s Jewels.
From the grand theatres of Russia to the innovative stages of Europe, her journey reflects dedication, versatility, and a true passion for ballet.
