Lucinda Worthing-Shore

Lucinda Worthing-Shore was born in Kempsey, NSW, where her passion for dance blossomed at her mother’s Danae Cantwell School of Dance. At age thirteen, she relocated to Sydney for intensive training at the Tanya Pearson Academy under Lucinda Dunn OAM, earning a Cecchetti Diploma A, RAD Solo Seal, and performing opportunities with luminaries like Maina Gielgud, Lucas Jervies, and Wim Broeckx. In 2020, she joined the Victorian State Ballet in Melbourne as a corps de ballet member, advancing to demi-soloist in 2024 with standout roles including Odette/Odile in Swan Lake, Aurora in a guest Sleeping Beauty performance, Peasant Pas de Deux in Giselle, Street Dancer in Don Quixote, and Ugly Stepsister in Cinderella. Since late 2024, she has thrived as a freelance artist in Melbourne, most recently starring with InPlay Projects in Alec Katsourakis’s The Ballad of Bouncing Back during its May 2025 season.
